Our policy is designed to respect applicable consumer protection laws, including Brazil's Consumer Defense Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor — Lei nº 8.078/1990).

Nothing in those agreements or procedures limits mandatory consumer rights.
3. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Defense Code, consumers who make eligible purchases outside a physical commercial establishment, including online purchases, generally have the right to withdraw from the transaction within seven (7) calendar days.
The statutory period begins upon signing the contract or receiving the product or service, as applicable under Brazilian law.
Customers exercising this right are entitled to reimbursement of amounts paid in connection with the eligible transaction, including applicable delivery charges.
Customers are not required to provide a reason for exercising their statutory right of withdrawal.

Customers will receive instructions regarding the return process, including the appropriate return address when necessary.
Customers should take reasonable care of merchandise while it is in their possession.
Normal inspection of merchandise does not automatically eliminate applicable withdrawal rights.
6.2 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Merchandise
If a customer receives merchandise that is defective, damaged, or different from the item ordered, they should contact Eagle Eye as soon as reasonably possible.
Customers are encouraged to provide:
-
Their order number.

Photographs of the merchandise, when helpful.
Eagle Eye will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Under Brazilian law, statutory complaint periods for apparent or easily identifiable defects generally include 30 days for non-durable products and 90 days for durable products, subject to applicable legal rules.
Remedies may include repair, replacement, reimbursement, or other legally required solutions, depending on the circumstances.
6.3 Exchanges
Customers may request exchanges for merchandise, subject to product availability and applicable consumer rights.
Exchanges requested solely because of personal preference, outside the statutory withdrawal period, may be accepted at Eagle Eye's discretion.
If an exchange is approved, any applicable additional shipping charges will be communicated before the exchange is processed.
Nothing in this section limits exchanges or other remedies required by law.
6.4 Return Shipping Costs
For eligible statutory withdrawal requests, defective products, incorrect merchandise, or other situations in which Eagle Eye is legally responsible for return costs, customers will not be required to bear return shipping expenses.
Eagle Eye will provide return instructions and, when appropriate, arrange or reimburse return shipping.
For discretionary exchanges outside statutory requirements, additional shipping costs may apply if disclosed and accepted in advance.
6.5 Merchandise Fulfillment
Eagle Eye Artist Development may fulfill merchandise orders through two methods.
Direct Fulfillment
Certain products may be maintained in inventory, packaged, and shipped directly by Eagle Eye or its authorized representatives.
Third-Party Fulfillment
Other products may be manufactured, printed, packaged, or shipped by authorized third-party fulfillment providers, including print-on-demand partners.
Products manufactured after purchase may require additional production time before shipment.
Estimated production and delivery timelines will be provided in the applicable product description, during checkout, or through subsequent order communications when necessary.
Regardless of the fulfillment method, Eagle Eye remains responsible for addressing customer inquiries, eligible returns, refunds, and product-related concerns for purchases made directly through its website.
Print-on-demand and made-to-order products remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
The fact that an item is manufactured after purchase does not automatically eliminate statutory withdrawal rights.
6.6 Lost or Undelivered Orders
If merchandise is not delivered within the applicable delivery period, customers should contact Eagle Eye.
We will investigate the issue with the relevant shipping or fulfillment provider.
Where required by law, customers may be entitled to fulfillment, replacement, cancellation, reimbursement, or another appropriate remedy.
Eagle Eye will not automatically transfer responsibility for undelivered merchandise to a third-party fulfillment provider.

Eagle Eye will not impose unauthorized deductions, processing charges, or refund fees that violate applicable consumer protection laws.
8. International Purchases
Eagle Eye Artist Development may sell products and services to customers located outside Brazil.
International transactions may be subject to additional consumer protection requirements depending on the customer's country or region of residence.

International customers should be aware that:
-
Currency conversion rates may vary.
-
Refund processing times may differ between financial institutions.
-
International shipping may involve customs procedures.
-

9. Professional Services and Expected Outcomes
Eagle Eye provides artist-development consultations, professional evaluations, educational resources, and related advisory services.
While our services are intended to support artistic and professional development, purchasing a consultation, assessment, or other professional service does not guarantee a particular career outcome.

Recording contracts.
-
Music industry representation.
-
Professional bookings.
-
Streaming revenue.
-
Audience growth.
-
Commercial success.
-

Professional recommendations and evaluations represent informed assessments based on the information available at the time services are provided.
Eagle Eye remains responsible for delivering purchased services in accordance with the applicable service description, representations made to customers, and legal obligations.
A customer's disagreement with a professional assessment does not, by itself, establish that the service was defective.
However, customers retain all applicable rights concerning services that are not provided as agreed or that fail to meet legal requirements.
10. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers who experience problems with a purchase are encouraged to contact Eagle Eye directly before initiating a payment dispute.
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate concerns and identify an appropriate resolution.
