PRIVATE ARTIST STRATEGY CONSULTATION Your career deserves more than generic advice. A focused, 60-minute private consultation for independent artists seeking professional perspective, clarity, and strategic direction. Whether you're navigating your artistic identity, developing your brand, evaluating career opportunities, preparing a music release, or determining your next professional steps, this session provides an opportunity to examine where you are and identify practical ways forward. Led by international recording and performing artist JJ Thames, this consultation draws on firsthand experience in artist development, recording, live performance, and the international music industry. What We'll Cover Each consultation is tailored to the artist's individual needs and may include: - Artistic identity and career positioning. - Branding and professional presentation. - Music releases and promotional strategy. - Career challenges and opportunities. - Professional goals and priorities. - Practical recommendations for next steps. What's Included One 60-minute private virtual consultation with JJ Thames, focused on your current career situation and professional development goals. Investment: $250 USD This is a standalone professional service. It does not include ongoing mentorship, written strategy documents, artist management, enrollment in the 12-Week Artist Development Accelerator, or guaranteed career outcomes.

PRIVATE ARTIST STRATEGY CONSULTATION — BOOKING POLICY Booking & Payment All Private Artist Strategy Consultations are conducted virtually and last 60 minutes. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Appointments are confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a booking confirmation. Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their consultation once at no additional charge, provided the request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Additional rescheduling requests will be considered individually and are subject to availability. Cancellations & Refunds Clients who cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment may request a full refund or reschedule their consultation. Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment will be reviewed individually. All cancellations and refunds remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws, including statutory withdrawal rights under Brazilian law. Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments Clients are expected to join their consultation at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled 60-minute session. Clients who miss their appointment without advance notice should contact Eagle Eye Artist Development. Requests for rescheduling or refunds will be reviewed individually in accordance with applicable law. Cancellation by Eagle Eye If Eagle Eye Artist Development must cancel a confirmed consultation, the client may choose between a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge. Virtual Meeting Requirements Consultations are conducted through Google Meet. Clients are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a working microphone, and access to the meeting link provided in their confirmation. Consumer Rights Nothing in this policy limits or overrides rights guaranteed by applicable consumer protection laws, including Article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Defense Code for eligible distance purchases.
