Eagle Eye Artist Development is a 12-week accelerator for independent singers, musicians, and performing artists who are ready to move from talent to a real, sustainable career.   This program focuses on the areas artists often struggle to build on their own: artist identity and branding, live performance, music development, marketing, audience growth, business strategy, career planning, and professional positioning.   Through practical training, personalized guidance, and real-world artist development, participants will identify what is holding their career back, strengthen the areas that need development, and create a clear plan for moving forward.   The program is designed for emerging artists, working artists who feel stuck, and experienced performers who are rebuilding or repositioning their careers.   Eagle Eye is not about simply becoming a better singer or musician. It is about developing the complete artist — the talent, brand, performance, business, strategy, and mindset needed to build a lasting career.
